Refund and Ticket date change Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts till the date on ticket. We offer you a full refund or exchange.
Mistakes made on car ticket calculation should be payed on board before departure.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have started the refund process. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 work days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Upon request we can change the ticket date for free or paid(only on peak days).
